Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My antigen came positive on Jan 6th 2022 but the smell and taste were intact however past 15 days the smell and taste are not fully coming. What I eat the smell doesn't stay in the mouth for a long time example onion. Also only the strong smells are detectable. I had taken renerved tablet suggested by a doctor but still the same.

I have developed a white sore just near tonsil at right back of throat in last 4-5 days. It does not pain at all but feels like something is stuck when I swallow. Photo attached.

I am taking thyroxine 37.5mcg for autoimmune thyroiditis . From last one year going facing severe hari fall .consulted with local physicians they are suggesting me to take supplements .still the prob exist. Am feeling very low please help me out . I have chronic pharyngitis from last 2 months. When I see my throat it has white patches or white ulcer like thing on posterior pharyngeal wall.i feel sensation while eating food and some stiffness on both sides of neck.swollen left tonsil Can this be something serious.. Please tell me generally how many months it takes to heal infection of throat?

Having allergetic rhitnis from almost 20 yrs & it's genetic.(all paternal family) Planning to adopt pet. So wanted to know is pet will cause any problem to me in this condition? Like do I face more allergy because of pet? Is it safe to live with pet in a apartment?

When i sip /eat milk or egg i instantly get a weird reaction ( some kind of smell) in myy nose. When i sneeze, i always get bad smell. Can anybody tell me what this is Thanks
