Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My throat is paining very badly on the right hand side. I am unable to gulp anything. While talking it is paining very badly. Unable to eat food as well. This I am suffering from yesterday evening.

Hi, Due to cold my both nasal blocked.. Unable to breath by nose. Done all remedies like steam inhalation but nothing work. What is solution for it.

For fungal throat infection have been prescribed   IT Mac 100 twice a day for 5 days ,have taken it for 3 days but due to non availability of the same can I take candidtral 200 once a day for the rest two days

My kid  seems to be having nasal congestion from long time and recently having to have breath from mouth ..sometimes gasping for breath. He is mild autistic and cannot express so we are not sure what he's experiencing. Suggest please.

2 days ago, I heard loud music in a home theatre in my room for only 15 minutes i think. And that night I had a headache, In next day morning my headache was gone but i heard my ear was continuously ringing, i can clearly feel it only in silence. It's been two days i am still hearing those ringing sounds.😢 I have another problem too. from last 2 months i feel some watery or sticky fluid comes from my nose (comes from nose to throat) fluid looks same as we experienced when we have cold.. Is it possible both of this problems are related to each other? Or both are different.. please suggest me something, I don't know what to do!😢

I have sore throat since two months, tried gargling with betadine  and salt-water. Any suggestions on how this can be cured?

When I eat the after taste of some foods is pungent. For example: after I drink thumbs up or sprite the after taste of those is very pungent like burnt dish . Egg smell is unbearable for me. Mostly while eating food with masalas this change in smell. And Onion is also unbearable. Eating the food is fine but the smell and after taste due to that smell is my problem I dont have any problem in my body my intake and outlet are fine. No change is color or anything. Can I know what type of disease or illness is it. Or any test I can take to the exact name or diagnosis of this disease or illness. Note: I am Covid negative, I never had Covid and I am vaccinated also.

I am suffering from cough from last 2 months. I had common cold followed by cough. I have recovered from cold but coughing is still their..It is not continuous but once it is triggered it continues for 2-3 mins and then settles down. It happens specially when I lie down or try to sleep. Took medicines, antibiotics, still this cough isn't going away. I get light mucus with cough. Please suggest, Is this normal ?.
