Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past 2 days I am having an ear pain and getting puss and irritation from ear. Doctor prescribed with the medicine but my pain is still there. Can you please suggest with thr good medicine.

Have around 8-9 mouth ulcers near tongue. 4 of them are healing. One physician said it was because my gynaec gave me zocon 150 mg - 7 doses in one week (one per day) for an infection. Just got 2 new mouth ulcers today. How can I prevent new ones from coming and heal the existing ones better? I am in extreme pain and can't eat, drink or speak properly. Already having vitamin C and vitamin B, plus using gel for pain relief. Any advice would help.

I am not able to swallow food, liquid or spit. Whitish thick foamy saliva is coming out from mouth every 2 minutes This is happening since today. Yesterday I had high fever,body pain,tonsil and weakness which is gone after medicines and gargal. Please consult what is happening and how can I fix this. In tirupathi today I consulted DR Ashok reddy from Suraksha hospital. He suggested to take xray to see the issue. But due to some urgency I asked him to provide only medicines by next week we will visit again and take the test. By randomly he has given normal prescription. But my pain is still there. I wanted to know do I need to add any other medicines along with the prescription.

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from cold from yesterday morning. I have one nose totally stuffed and sometimes, the mucus is yellow when i clear my nose. I have throat burning and tonsils are slightly swelled. From today morning, I have slightly elevated temperature. Actually, I was outside for 4 days and suspecting these symptoms of Covid. So, I am currently in my room. Could you please which medicines should i take for fast recovery ? I was thinking of taking Amoxyclav 625mg and paracetamol for this. As of now, I have only taken montair-lc yesterday. Please suggest some medicines. Oxygen level :96-98 and pulse rate around 120-130bpm. I have attached my throat tonsil pic. Thank you.
