Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sometimes I feel like my tongue is not moving properly and I feel little difficulty in speaking and it's like while speaking my tongue touches the base of lower jaw. I have this issue since a long time. It says for some days and it gets back to normal on its own. I also feel very mild tremble on my lips sometimes. Pls help.

Hi Doctor, I had been tested positive for covid 19 during April - 21, with prescribed medicines and home isolation recovered and tested negative after quarantine period. After a month from the infection started getting sense of smell but everywhere and evrything smells identical, now after 8 months it's changed and things smells differently from what is is actually ( Taste 100% regained) Could you please advice me on the issue so that I will completely regain my smell Thanks in advance

Hello, I have been taking Mucolite, Glemont and Airtec as I have Allergic Bronchitis. Since today morning I suddenly got a sharp pain in right side throat, not able to swallow anything. Please doctors, if you can prescribe a medicine that would ease my throat pain.
