Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I hve get pimple in my nose nd very painfull plz suggest some medicine,it is very small nd very itcy

I use to love smell of garlic and onions before but from these one month i find there smell very unpleasant I feel heavy and weird from there smell. Even there flavour in my food feels awkward from past one month. I use to love there taste. I am feeling depressed that i won't be able to eat my favourite foods like before. What is wrong with me?

I am diagnosed with otitis media with effusion. The ENT Doctor I consulted said that it can cause vertigo but not balancing issues. But I have been having balancing issues. Vertigo is very light just 10%. Balancing is affecting my everyday life. My query is can ear Infection cause balancing problems or is the doctor I consulted correct? Please answer me. I am very worried.

I got cold after that my left ear is getting echo I consulted ENT doctors 25 days back after taking full course tablet also still I'm getting echo sound is this is severe I need to check which specialist ENT doctor or audiologist?

Respected , I was diagnosed with tonsils and ulcers or redness in throat and also the mucus or cough get stick to throat ( 5 days ago ) She also told that epiglottis is coming upwards. But I didn't have any relief after 5 days of medication , so today I visited the doctor again , she suggested the new prescription and also that if it continues then we had to operate for tonsillitis Actually I am a student (have exams after 1 mobth ) and study during night , so she told that this problem can also be due to disturbed schedule Pls tell what should I do to cure it as fast as possible, along with this prescription or any other

Sir my age is 18. I had been covid positive in Aug 2021 . After 2 months my sgpt and sgot rose I goes to a medicine specialist doctor he told be it was due to post covid and after few days I had been suffering from Parosmia . Doctor told me to do smell therapy .. to smell 4 odour at the morning but till now I have problem with my smell. I get some ammonia smell in egg .. pls guide me how to treat this ... I am totally depressed and taking medicine for anxiety 😭😭
