Throat irritation and throat tightness
I do feel often throat irritation and tightness , because of that I don't feel to work also, can't concentrate on anything. Because of that I feel I am not able to take breathe freely.

it may be due to laryngopharyngeal reflux. do you have acidity problem? foreign body sensation in throat? frequent throat clearing? excessive mucus production in throat?
