Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Which type of medicine / antibiotics should take in case of sore throat and little cold and headeque.

I was having problem in swallowing because of tonsil, so started doing gargles. But it was taking time. I was also drinking kadha and had medicine. Which caused Ulcer in mouth and at the opening of my throat and it is paining like hell. I mean I can feel a wound kind of pain just like ulcer. Just now I was doing gargles and I spit cough/ phlegm and it was kind of greyish in colour. Please help

Hi, I feel my nose is dried from inside specially upper part of nose. I feel heavy breathing when breathing from nose while if I breathe from mouth, i feel breathing is smooth. Please suggest me Thanks

I was tested positive for covid on 24th jan 22, after completing my isolation of 7 days, i was having issue of nasal congestion which was severe. There after i was continuing steam inhalation and tablets of cold and antibiotics. On observing no improvement, i visited nearby ENT and diagnosed to have Allergic Polyps. I was given medicine for 15days on 2nd feb 2022. I am taking the medicines but still improvement is not there and still my nasals are blocked. Kindly suggest how much time it will take to improve the condition with ongoing treatment. Attached is the prescription

Mother 67 is having throat pain since last 5 days, burning in throat, difficulty swallowing saliva, eating blande diet.. Also dry throat, feels like something is stuck in throat.. Tested negative for Covid.. Doctor gave Signoflame tablet twice a day, Allegra once a day and Antacid twice a day.. She ate these for 3 days but no improvement.. Please help 🙏 what to do
