Allergy and constant sneeze
Hello Doctor I from the past few months is facing an allergy of sneezing which doesnt stop with one or two of them but in uncountable numbers. Takes place once or max of twice a day but doesnt stop easily. It gets triggered with dust or cold air and a cramp is felt in the chest with red eyes and runny nose also ich in the upper part of the back of buccal cavity.

This is an Allergic Rhinitis which can have reduced episodes by avoiding all cold , sour spicy oily junk foods Avoid all fruits which can induce cold and take proper medication for the Allergies
