Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, since last 5 days water comes in my left nostril and left eye causing headache on left side.  For 3 days now I also feel bad smell from inside my left nostril. When I take painkiller or paracetamol tablet it is fine but after 8/10 hours this problem starts again. I haven't had cold or fever and haven't had any accidents. Please tell what is the problem.

After 10 days of covid positive days my symptoms have gone completely except throat irritation. Can you suggest some medication to ease down the itchiness in the throat

I had sore throat and bad cough for a month but cough is gone now but i still feel like coughing sometimes and throat feels scratchy because of post nasal drip. Recently I done my VNG test for my balance problem when standing the report I attached here what is meaning of it and I done my mri brain and it was normal and the ent doctor has given me a b12 and thamine injection for alternative 5days what happened to me

Suddenly yesterday night ear got clogged . From today morning I'm having sore throat and feeling like slight fever

Fifteen days ago I drove for approx 500 km through a lot of dry dusty environment and also used the AC a lot...After that my right nostril was blocked for most of the time..but the left nostril is clear...but there is not much mucus in the nose...also I occasionally got little amount of blood(just a tinge of red) in the mucus from right nostril...Please help

My brother age is 18 years old, he is facing pain in right ear. Then we visited an ENT he is saying nothing wrong in ear , all is good there. No wax build up. But took some ear drops and medicines , the pain decreased. But today ear pain again started, pain above ear brows. Please guide me why it is happening again.
