Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have neck Swelling on left side from last 6 days. Already taken USG and it is showing irregular hypoechoeic lesion with surrounding soft tissue edema. I have no any symptoms till now. Can it is any major issue.

As soon as I get up in the morning. I start sneezing with watery eyes and nose. Even when I wash hands with water, the same problem occurs. Why??. I have this issue more than 5 years.

I have blocked nose since 10days. I was diagnosed with covid 10days back. All my symptoms are reduced, but my nose blockage is still there. I don't have complete nose block. It's partial. Like no mucus is coming out nor going in. Just very less mucus. It's not running nose. Not able to figure out what's happening. Used medicine too. Monteclc and later Allegra. But no use. Please suggest what's the issue and how to solve. Is my covid still continuing.

I have been suffering from bad throat, lot of cough and body aches. Rt pct test negative Taking cepocef 200 twice a day. For the last 3 days body temperature is 98.8. What should I do.

Severe pain in right side of tongue. This is going on for 2-3 months. Tried all sorts of ulcer gels but did not help. Having vitamin and folic acid regularly. Bowel movement is perfectly fine. No pain in teeth and no pain while eating any hot or cold food or drink. No history of any chewing tobacco or smoking.

Hi Doctor, I am getting nose block and cough while sleeping in the night and due to nasal congestion I just couldn't breath properly and suffering from lack of sleep. Please advice Thanks, Deepnita

Hello, Recent got fever and throat infection with dry cough , fever cured in one day after paracetamol one day course , but throat infection cleared after three days taken azee 250 twice , but mild cough some time coming sometime ,but my tounge look like this in pic ,  no issue in eating  ltaking neurobion forte in afternoon , still its not cleared . What could be the reason . After fever then only my tounge look like this . Plz look in attachment .

I feel like throat is closed partially. No pain and all. Epiglottis looks very mildly red. No pain but little bit swollen

Experiencing sore throat and throat pain 3-4 days. Taking cofsils n doing gargling. But less relief. Please suggest something better . More pain during early morning.
