First branchial sinus type II post oper.
I had first branchial sinus type II which have channel from ear canal to lower side neck after surgery only 1.5 cm sinus is left to be joined from ear canal to extent remainning was exicised.
After 6 months i have infection over there and pus is forming in sinus and pus is coming out from opening in ear canal. Now i have swelling and pain also around it.
So what should i do now if i dont want to go for surgery because it is complicated because after first surgery i already lost my expression. And having facial palsy.
Please guide mee.
