Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Report attached. Pls elaborate whether there is a need for concern or not! The technical terms are not understandable for me.

I have several small non visible lymph nodes in my neck are i had one few years back i did my usg it show reactive node less then 6mm in size and blood work came back normal now from few 15-16 days i realised few more 2 small Little lentil size nodes in lower part left side of my neck and another one from the lower part of my neck above collarbone it deep and small they are not growing and are not visible also they can be felt only and very difficult for other person to fine i don't know since when it has been from my childhood or these just came or i don't have any other symptom or chills fever infections should I be concerned and internet takes me to the lane of cancer which takes me to depression i have shown the ist node to my surgeon when i found out about it he told me its ok unless it gets bigger and you feel sick with it i am dead worried

Hello doctor, I am suffering through itchy ears. It gets scratchy during night mostly. During daytime it's bearable. I usually clean my ears once a week and don't wear earphones much. Please advice what could be the reason and suggest treatment.
