Ulcer in tongue
Hello sir/ madam my father from last 3 days have ulcer in teeth I guess I am attaching pic please see and tell what it is and what we should do next

It seems like a traumatic ulcer, may be because of jagged sharp tooth or some hot item. Apply zytee l three times a day and suck on tablet pirox dt if there is pain. After 5 days again consult if not resolving by a matter of 2 weeks may need biopsy
