Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had mild fever and throat dryness, itching and no other symptoms . I have isolated myself Rapid test came negative and RTPCR is scheduled for tomorrow. I don't have fever now but itching in throat and mild pain is irritating, what medicine I should take .

From past 2and half months I am experiencing dizziness and light swaying problems when standing I recently done my mri and CT of brain and it was normal then I consulted ent and he done vng test and he gave me b12 and thamine injections and my b12 levels are 197 le tell me what is my problem I am attaching my veg report here

She has blocked nose too often it gets blocked can you suggest some medications for this? She is not allergic to anything but often she gets like this

Sir/Madam, I am having sore throat with 101 fever since last 4 days...as per general physician...i  m taking Azithromycin 500 since two days...walimont for 3 days.....Ibrufam+paracetamol.....becosule Z ...n doing gargle with warm saline water...still the problem is same...pain in throat...pls help me out...

My mother is suffering suddenly from this since 2 months She is diabetic and high BP patient . Kindly suggest She has  Vertin 16mg for 15 days 2 times Dn Vertin 8mg for 15 days 2 times.. Then it was stopped.. Again when she got attack , Vertin OD 24mg one time is continue.. She cdnt even sit when suffer from this attack.. full dizziness and sometimes vomating sensation.. she dnt sit with support also
