Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From the past week a pump has appeared on my lower lip. Its size reduced but it is big again now. How to get rid of it?? What is it ?? Is it something serious?? Any tests to be done?? Attaching the picture

My right ear turns red very often since ,2 months I don't understand why this is happening frequently

Audiologist said ANSD results no response.. I can't able to understand the speech.. Listening like they are speaking some unknown language.. Understands the words only by lips movements.. Hard on hearing by different words with same sounds.. It's irritating if sounds are in up level volume for understanding the words.. Can't able join with families and frnds talk.. Can't able to get a job offer too.. What to do.. Please send some guidance to handle this..

Hello doctors, I have been smoking since last 3 years and from last 6 months i have smoking everyday 7-8 cigarettes. Now I am having bit congestion in my throat and feel like cough is stuck there. It feels more in morning and while sleeping at night. In day time it feels less. Please guide me what should I do... Is there any medication?

Since last 1 month I have been suffering from dry and blocked nostrils without having any cough and cold. I have to use Otrivin twice or thrice a day to unclog nose. There is no discharge, fever or infection in nose. Tried Allegra but that didn't help. Please help.
