Post covid ,have ear pain and shortness of breath and phlem ,and sinusitis, and have heavy palpitations, left arm pain, not able to sleep sudden panic attack, does sinusitis cause palpitation??? and feel heavy pain in chest plz help me, what to do, echo n ecg or normal still more palpitation whole day and heavy at night

Three weeks back swelling in neck right side.. But not big.. Now for two days it's big and paining.. When we see straight it's not visible. But when I stretch my head to left side it's visible. What is reaction for the swelling? . I'm using only thyroid tablet 50mg at present
