Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When i sip /eat milk or egg i instantly get a weird reaction ( some kind of smell) in myy nose. When i sneeze, i always get bad smell. Can anybody tell me what this is Thanks

My father is feeling a kind of voice change in every evening from last 3 days. Sometimes, a mild pain is also seen. His body is also decreasing slowly. January month I had a small swollen back of the right top of the ear.. Then I went to dermatology she said it's because of dandruff. Then after that i had a swelling in right side of the neck. Now it's almond three weeks. From one week it looks big and paining more. My throat is burning if I eat spicy and citric means.. I consulted neuro doctor he prescribed antibiotics. But after that also pain and swelling is there. What is the reason I'm very scared? My job is teaching profession
