I was having a bit of cough and cold for past 2 days but today they are gone. However, in the evening I was having a bit of pain inside my mouth, upper jaw area. I checked in the mirror, there are red spots inside. What should I do since it is causing a bit of pain on the upper left side but not on the right side?

I'm having dry cough from last month and it's not yet recovered.. It triggers mostly during night. I have consulted allergy expert as I have dust allergy and they had given me steroids.. Still no progress.. Can anyone suggest me what treatment I should go for. .
