Hard to touch ball type lump in neck
Hello. It started with having cold for 2-3 days. And after that there's a round lump right before my chin in the left side of my neck. It is hard to touch and pains when touched. Otherwise doesn't. There is no problem in swallowing or anything else. But also there's a pus type thing grown since last 3 days in the same side in my mouth where my teeth ends in the left.
What could it possibly be?? I just want to know what is the problem.

If you could share pictures then it would be better. You require physical examination and may be some investigation like CT scan
