Lump on neck
I have noticed a small hard lump under the skin on the right side of my neck (on the back of the neck), a little below the hairline. I also have another (smaller) lump above it and to the right, under my hairline. They are both tender, but not painful. They appeared suddenly, and it's been 2/3 days. I did have some sinus stuff/sore throat earlier this week. Should I be worried? I should also mention I had an MRI (back pain) of my head/neck in Feb and it came back clean.

You seem to be having enlargement of cervical lymph nodes (suboccipital node) which usually gets enlarged secondary to infections of the scalp or skin around the back of the neck. Even seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff) can cause such swelling
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. You may need to consult Dermatologist also if necessary
