Ear blockage after covid

Asked for Female, 33 Years

It's been 3 months post covid I am facing frequent ear blockages or pressure and same time I am having discomfort in throat and chest, and frequently mucus formation when I tried to spit it's weird pain in ear throat and chest simultaneously , I don't understand the problem what am I going through, I am feeling some blockage in throat and discomfort while breathing, what is the problem I am going through??? Post covid I had anxiety and palpitations I was on ivabradibe and nexito plus medication

keep taking steam inhalation via nose and throat , apply warm compress over chest like hot water bag or heating pad This is very common thing to happen post covid
