I've been using nasal decongestant sprays without knowing its side effects for nearly 1 month and I feel like the congestion is reviving back and also I can't atop using the spray. How to avoid using the spray and how to get rid of the nasal congestion?

Use of decongestant nasal spray can cause rebound congestion in the nose. Stop the spray immediately. Get a consultation with an ent specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
