I have retraction of ear drum doc suggested nasal spary for six months. But from several months I have observed a lump behind ear increasing in size attaching a photo for reference.
Is this any serious issue?.

It doesn’t seem something serious but you need to give a detailed history and subject it to examination. You may also need to get a Hight Resolution CT scan temporal bone to properly diagnose and treat it
It seems to be a Dermoid cyst or Lipoma. Not related to nose.
Dermoid cysts occur when tissue collects under the skin.
Lipoma is a fatty lump most often situated between the skin and underlying muscle layer.
Both are benign and harmless. Yet excision and biopsy is helpful
