Now she has running nose and cold plz suggest me which medicine give to baby I am afraid is it form any sinus infection

Is she 6 yrs old? If yes give syp flucold 1 tsf three times a day. Otrivin p nasal drops 2 drops three times a day in each nostrils but not for more than 5 days.
