Based on the X-ray appearance, it is suggestive of Grade 3 Adenoid Enlargement, which means the adenoid tissue is significantly blocking the back of the nose. This can commonly cause: • Mouth breathing • Snoring during sleep • Recurrent cold symptoms • Disturbed sleep • Sometimes ear-related issues At this age (3 years), enlarged adenoids are quite common. It is not something to panic about, but it should be managed appropriately. Treatment depends on: • Severity of snoring and sleep disturbance • Presence of breathing pauses during sleep • Recurrent ear infections or hearing issues • Response to medical treatment (nasal steroid sprays, allergy control, etc.) If symptoms are mild and improved with nasal spray, surgery may not be immediately required. However, if there is persistent mouth breathing, significant snoring, sleep disturbance, or recurrent infections despite adequate medical therapy, Adenoidectomy may be advised. Firstly it’s not serious, all children get adenoids but it affects them differently ant they reposed to treatment differently, some require surgery and some are okay with just spray Secondly You need to use the spray regularly without fail for next two years since he is only 3 years old we need to wait and watch for atleast another 2 years Either the adenoids will reduce or he will need a surgery which again can be done only he if of adequate weight Thirdly the adenoids are almost grade 4 there is very little space left for him to breath through nose so it’s going to be difficult for him but there are certain things you bed to follow 1. Teach him skipping, let him do lot of skipping 2. More of physical activities like running 3. Keep telling him to close his mouth and breath all the time 4. Keep him warm, away from cold weather and cold food

Keep using spray, it’ll take atleast 3months for you to see the difference
