Mild adenoid
My child is 3 years and 3 months old and weighs 11.4 kg. She had adenoid enlargement when she was around 1 year old, and since then she has been on medicines. She has used Nasonex spray, and currently uses Flomist, Montus-L, Septilin, and Omnacortil occasionally. She has mouth breathing, breathing difficulty during sleep, snoring, and gasping. The doctor checked an X-ray and said the adenoid size has reduced now, but her symptoms are still present. At night she is very restless and wakes up frequently. In the morning she is irritable. I don’t know what to do

As the adenoid size decreases the symptoms also will come down But it will take time so you need to keep using the spray Even after using the spray there is no little improvement also you need to get the child evaluated further which is causing her difficulty in breathing and snoring If she doesn’t have any difficulty in breathing she might be restless or irritable due to other reasons For now continue using spray Since the child is just 3 years surgery is also not a good option now
