Red spot in upper jaw inside mouth
I was having both of cough and cold for 2 days but today it is quite less. Since evening I was having pain in the upper left jaw inside mouth. I checked in the mirror there are red spots. I am having a bit of pain, pls advise and suggest

What is an acute pharyngitis you’re having please visit an ENT surgeon nearby for a course of antibiotic. In the meantime you can start Betadine mouth gargles.
