  4. Sore inside mouth (roof) Be the reason?

Sore inside mouth (roof)
I have a painful sore on the roof inside my mouth. I am not able to eat when the food touches the sore. I never had such sores before. What could be the reason? You can see a bright red spot inside my mouth. Please help!
