Cough while teaching
Hello, By profession I am Assistant Professor, when i am teaching in class sometimes i get cough and it comes frequently during the entire session. There will b some discomfort in throat. The same is not the case if i am talking with anyone for long duration. During teaching voice will b more where as it is low while talking normally. What is the issue. I also face this issue when i have gastric issue

this usually happens when there is lot of strain to throat and a dry throat Take breaks in between while on yur lectures , stake good voice rest when not really necessary to speak , maintain good hydration and also get a Laryngeal ERndoscopy which will show if there is any lesion found - also avoid all cold sour spicy oily junk and sweet foods , take good sleep and stress management if any - keep ur acidity as low as possible
