Can I take oral steriod
I have problem of closed earlier after otitis media. And this otitis media happened after flu. There is no water feeling in ear but ear is blocked for many days. I am taking flomist az steroids nasal spray for 2 weeks but tube not ear not popping or Opening up. Can I take oral steriod and in which dose?

You're facing a eustachian tube obstruction issue.
It can cause negative pressure inside the middle ear and cause feeling of closed ear

No you should not
As per protocol oral steroids are not a routinely recommended treatment for otitis media with effusion (if there is no other cause of your ear blockage)
You need to get an ear examination and audiometry to confirm the diagnosis
You can try steam inhalation twice a day and continue intranasal steroids till then
