Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, actually my fiancé is facing issues on his throat . In the right side of his throat it feels that something is stuck. Whenever he swallows food or if he is just gulping anything it feels there is something stuck in his throat. But while eating he gets burning sensation . Please help

What I do pain on left side I don't know whether sleeping habit or cold how to make difference and other options.. pls

Swelling in right side jaw near year .. feeling of heaviness, sensation and little bit issue with chewing with right jaw .. also a swelled painful lymph node under the chin... Which automatically decrease in size after few days ... Also felt like something stuck in my throat

I have cleaned my hear in hospital for the ringing sound in right ear yesterday. Now the ringing in right ear has stopped but I am hearing continuous beep sound in my left ear after cleaning. Sometimes the sound disappears and sometimes it's too mild and sometimes it's too loud. Whether the ear wax removal is the reason for this because only after the removal I could hear such. Whether it'll go by its own? Kindly help me please 🙏.

I have pain in one of my pierced ear. Piercing was done in 2014. On touching i can feel one small and hard lump which is paining. Actually i had this problem 1 month ago which i got rid of when i took off my earring. Now on wearing it for 3 days again i am having pain. Is it infection? How to treat it? Thanks🙏
