Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Iam feeling like Globus pharyngitis since 10days..can you please suggest me regarding this issue...for further investigations

I feel dryness in hard palate mouth area. The way connecting nose to throat,feels sometime dry and itching some irritation What could be the reason? I would be thankful even if I get cold cough but nothing happening,this is somewhere middle situation before cough or cold But since 5 6 daya it is same

From last few months I was having continuous cough in all seasons but I didn't consult any doctor but from last 2 days I was having pain in my right ear because of which I can't eat food as when I starts biting,  it pains. Today I went to doctor and was diagnosed with ulcer or redness in throat + tonsillitis which is due to  acid reflux Pls advise me what should I do now .

Kanika has sore throat and other members of family also have fever and cough  Kanika is breastfeeding her baby of around 5 months. His bilirubin was very high initially after birth and he had to be under phototherapy for a few days. Can she take Azithromycin, Vit C, Vit D and Zinc or any other medicine for this now?

Respected Dr. My father is 63 year old. Suddenly from 6 month he has started problem of hearing. He can't hear anything properly. What should I do. I visited to dr also.. he prescribed a medicine but no any improvement are looking.. so suggest me any hearing ads can help him to hear better..

On 17th night I got mild fever. Later I started getting throat pain while swallowing. Fever didnot come back. I started taking cough syrup for throat. On Saturday my husband tested COVID +ve. Hence I also had my test done. Today results came positive. Currently my cough is very very less. I m taking Ascoril D syrup twice a day. Please advice if any other medication is required.
