Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ENT dr put me on vertin 16mg & spin free since last 15 days.50% improved how long I have to continue these medicines any treatment / tests / injections  for quicker relief

I m suffering from cough since 2 and 3 years and I feel when I start my first meal that time and if I slightly spicy food taken that time cough start now I fear is any thing going wrong happen please sugest from where I start

From today morning my ear was ringing continuously, If i hear other sounds then i never felt it but in silent place i heard it loudly.. please suggest me what to do? I have a other problem too, from last 2 months i feel some watery or sticky fluid comes from my nose (comes from nose to throat) fluid looks same as we experienced when we have cold... Is it any serious issue?
