Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi sir I am feeling slight heaviness and swelling below my left ear and this heaviness passing throught out my left side of face some times .can you please let me know what is the cause ?

I'm snoring and obese and having fat. Which medicine can be taken to reduce the fat and obesity. Pl advice.

I have got vertigo attack on 21st Dec 2021, It almost took 15 days to cure , but when I tried to walk fast on road , I feel my eyes are jumping Sometime, Audiometry and Tymponometry test result are ok, ENG report yet not recd, I also fell my eye power changed.

Can anybody suggest me a decongesanal nasal drops for my blocked nose? Most of the time it remains blocked and I get frequent coughs. I will be gateful. Thank you.

From past 3 months I have been experiencing light dizziness and swaying problem when standing and sitting position I have done my mri and CT. Brain and it was norma and i done my vng it was positive and attaching my report pls give me suggestions pls

I have feeling that something stuck in throat with lumps in chin before this there lump in under ear but goes in 3days I have so fear about it please say what's the problem if it's curable or not

I found out a small lymph in August 2021 then in September it grew more, I went to 2-3 doctors they prescribed me different antibiotics and multivitamins, I took them for two months. Nothing changed, my neck has swollen and new lumps have been developed. From last week of December I'm also experiencing lot of sweat at night, even when its 6° cold. The doctors still say it probably be infection. They say it could be because of thyroid but my thyroid is under control and tests came normal. Its been almost 6 months and no change or reduction. This is a recent USG. Please suggest what I should do or ask to my doctor.

Sir/Mam I get cough and running nose frequently . My nose gets blocked most of the time. I don't drink cold water,nor bath with cold water. I take precautions not to get cold,but still I end up with coughing and congestion of throat. Kindly help

Why I feel severe throat irritation when I have steam inhalation? And also severe heart palpitation and sweating.. any particular reason ?
