Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My doctor has recommended to use metatop nasal spray, twice a day for 1 month. He said there should be a gap of 12 hours between the two drops. He also mentioned that the natural steroids of the nose should not get messed up and that one usually comes around 4 in the morning. Now, if I missed a dose and sprayed at 2 in the morning, will it affect the natural steroids that are secreted in my nose?

Can sore throat be healed without taking anti biotics ? It's day 4 it has definitely reduced but on one side I can still feel discomfort , since I got viral last month only and took the entire course of antibiotics so I was hoping to avoid them this time

I took my 2 doses of vaccine 5 months back and 2weeks ago I got fever and lost taste. RTPCR was negative. Since from 3 days little throat pain with small Petechiae on my hard palate and tongue can't able to swallow food. Taking Azithromycin and vitamin C and gargling with salt and hot water but no use as of now. Please help me with some treatment options
