Tinnitus since last 1 month
I have been suffered with tinnitus on my left ear since 1 month imidiate after recovering from viral infection..as per pta test I have high frequency loss
In 2k to 8k in left ear but hearing . is 23db normal range as per audiologist.. kindly help me bcs it is to disturbing to me ..help me for right treatment
My CT scane is normal T3 ,T4 Normal TSH is high as 8.25, my vitamin D level is also 11.25 treatment undergoing

Next Steps
Start a combination medication which has Rebamipide, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Acetyl Cysteine as active ingredients
1 tab twice daily after food for 7 days.
