First of all how is it possible that 52 yr old female had JNA, and if the age and sex written here is by mistake, then if the jna is operated completely its not possible to recur, only the small residue grows back which is so called recurrence. Have you taken a post op CT scan, and was it showing complete removal. If it was done endoscopic endonasal then post-op surveillance can be done by a sinonasal endoscopy in ENT doctor opd. Or a 6 month scan can be taken
