Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is a sticky white material lodged on the wall of big crypts in tonsils. These are milky white and don't seemed to be attached to tonsil tissue. I went to ent doctor he said it's keratosis tonsils. This white stuff seems to grow day by day and eventually slide of sometimes. I gargle water 3 times a day. Attaching the picture. Want to know this is. This white stuff seems to be coming back. I have no other symptom except throat irritation sometimes during the day or night. The white stuff is in the hole below ( picture). Need to zoom in a little to see it.

I'm having cold for the last 2 days. And today's in the morning I noticed that a nasal polyps had developed in my right nasal chamber. I'm having runny nose but everything is happening only on the right side. My right eye socket, nasal bone and forehead is also paining and I'm also unable to breath in from the right chamber of the nose. Kindly tell me the problem & the treatment.

Infected inside of ear due to same leakage of some thinned comes up outside from inside  ear in every night while i am sleeping and also that lequid smalling very bad

A couple of days back I had bruised my ear from the inside while using earbuds to clean the ear. There was minor blood spot on the ear bud. I have been having pain in the same ear for last 5-6 days. It increases in evening. What can I do for relief?

Greetings! I was suffering from throat irritation on and off from 4-5 months which still persists and can feel some mass under the jaw region of neck. In ultrasound report  it showed some lymph nodes of smaller size in left and right side. ENT doctor had suggested a course of antibiotics which I really wants to avoid if it can be healed from any home remedies or alternate medicines. One of the doctor suggested not to take anything and leave it like this only. Can it go by its own or  it can be converted to something serious in future??Kindly suggest. Thank you! I recovered from covid  6 months before. My quality of life worsened after that. I frequently have breathing problem and feel so tired always. Is there any treatment or medicine available to improve my post covid complications ?

I am 17 year old and I am having pain in my nose when I touch it. I think there is a pimple inside my nose. Please give some advice or tips to cure it quickly. I will be thankful to you if it works 🙏.

My son of 8 years old  has mass near his right side of ear. There is no pain and it's not increasing also. It has been more then 3 years (at the age of 4 years) he has this mass. Four years back he had biopsy also but nothing was found everything normal. Doctors are telling it will reduced as per increase in age. Is that I have to worry about it or should I take my son to another doctor. Kindly tell me the treatment which I can provide for my son.

From the last 3 weeks  I am seeing a lymph node just below the ear between Jaw line and neckline under skin. It is not very big but not small as well or might be close to 1 cm or less. It is not painfull while touching or pressing I am taking anti biotic to subside this lymph node from last 10days. My local doctor changed the antibiotic to megazolid 600 from last 2 days. However is is not subsided yet. I had a Tuberclosis some 15 years back. Is it possible if this lymph node is of pulmonary tuberclosis. Doctor advised me to go for TB test if it is not subsided in 1 week from now. I do have sneezing and cough infections very frequently. Is there anything that I can do more to diagnose it and start taking right medicines. I am also having throat irritation from last one year.
