Having nystagmus means u have a pathology in the balance system, if the nystagmus is horizontal it means a vestibular dysfunction if torsional, it means a problem with the central balance mechanism, get a thorough consultation to properly diagnose and treat it. As balance disorders are a very complex domain, a thorough history is of utmost importance, supplemented by some examination and few tests will clinch the diagnosis.

Hi. Basically its not easy to explain and discuss few findings. It's patient as a whole which is examined and tests put together that we interpre the diagnosis .
