Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir /mam Kindly help that we should go for surgery. As doctor is prescribing surgery for the problems of sinus in Nose.

My wife is having itching strep throat most of time in a day. It is become arround 1 month . But from past two to three days. She feels something is stuck in his throat and feel like nidle is stuck inside his throat . This cause too much kharans and need to take water to stop urge and cough caused. What to do for it. What could be cause. Also she got frequent headache . What test and medicine needs to be taken. Not other issue . No COVID no cold. But strep throat and it cause cough

Iam currently taking amoxcillin 500mg 3 times for 5 dats, paracetamol 500mg 3 times, levocetirizine 5 and fexafenadine 10 tablet for 5 days for fever and throat infection, currently i have cough and I have ascoril + cough syrup on my hand , any interactions with above medicine s?

Hardly taking breath from nose, using mouth. Using citrizen since 4 days but no improvement. Taking warm water. Please suggest

I am feeling pain in throat and sometimes in ears . Pain comes and go. I startes feeling pain in throat after removal of wisdom teeth from left jaw. After that I start feeling sterching in left side of throat . I am also suffering from noises in ears. I had conducted MRI of head which is normal and I had also conducted Ct scan of neck which is also normal. Kindly diagnose it is normal. My TB infection treatment is also going on.

Can chocolate syrup in nose can cause any fungal infection can we use saline nasel drops to clean it Today while making caking it went inside my nose

I had contracted COVID before 8 days. Fever subsided in a couple of days while cold still persists. My right ear got blocked/clogged because of cold and it didn't pain initially. Since yesterday there is considerable pain in my inner ear.I haven't had any issue with my ear like this before. I am still under self quarantine( 8th day) and will visit an ENT in a couple days(after 10 day quarantine). No discharge of any sort from the ear. Blood Work(CBC,CRP and D-Dimer) is normal. Any assistance to tide over the pain  will be highly appreciated.

I had fever five days back. I took paracetamol it went away. Next day I had mild throat pain on left side. It isn't going away. I have white patches on my left throat. I have throat pain and ear pain on left side if I open my mouth.
