Blocked and Dry Nostrils
Since last 1 month I have been suffering from dry and blocked nostrils without having any cough and cold. I have to use Otrivin twice or thrice a day to unclog nose. There is no discharge, fever or infection in nose. Tried Allegra but that didn't help. Please help.

Stop using Otrivin for long duration of time. It results in Rhinitis Medicamentosa.
X Ray PNS OM view or CT scan PNS.
