Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering from cold and nasal congestion and headache, please suggest some medicines. Not allergic to anything.

Hi My grandmother is bleeding almost continuosly from her nose since last night 1 AM and it's 4 PM now. She had high blood pressure which is under control now but the bleeding is not stopping. What should be done? I read somewhere that she would need stiches in her nose but the general physician I am admit at says it will be on and she should keep lying down in the bed. I am not sure if that is the right approach. Since its a very small town and I am concerned if my grandmother is in right hands.

So, today i noticed pain in opening of ear hole. It's mild but it hurts I mostly use earphones.. What would i do to heal it

I am feeling a same kind of smell for a week, everwhere. This happens at regular interval, one smell stucks and I feel it everytime.

I have cricket Insect sound in my right ear with mild ear ache. I could also feel some thing stuck in ear but I could not clear it with earbuds. I was suffering from past 2 days. I could also feel light pain at the facial muscle near the earlobe. Kindly find a solution for my problem and how can I heal from this.
