Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir/ madam I have synus and septum Is Mandatory for septum surgery I often gets vertigo attack

Breathing problem ,chest paining ,i have cough since more than 1 week but cough is as well as first day .No improvement. So what can I do .please help me.i am not sleeping since 2 nights

So, It's been since January or February of this year that started making my LEFT ear feels uncomfortable. It's like some sort of pressure or a clogged feeling?!. I went for a visit to nearby government hospitals and ENT doctors there said my eardrum is fine, possible indicating there's no ear wax in it. Other one said the same. However, I told them that I thought it could have been earwax because of my long hours and frequent use of earphones yet they said my ear is fine. My affected ear has tinnitus as well. My Jaw clicks that side when I open my mouth and feels hard or developed bone in that side of lower jaw bone as compared to right one but with no pain. I can pop my left ear at will only if I crackle my ears again and again leading to pain. I feel the problem has to do with my eustachian tube. Even doc said to take steam to relieve yet nothing works. And my left side of wisdom teeth seems to be partially out of gum in right direction. Please help me doctor!!

When i coughed the chest is paining and I can't take breathe properly because when i take a deep breathe its too hard to take breathe.and chest looks like a sore is jaam my chest

Can I eat rice in this problem, because rice is cold by his nature thats why I asking you ,if it's harmful for my health then please give me the diet for this.please help me out.what can I eat?

Past two weeks I'm suffering from throat discomfort, mucus conjunction. Back of the throat seems slightly inflamated. No cough,no runny nose only mild pain. I'm doing gargling and lozenges not much difference

Having pain in right ear from yesterday. Sometimes it is mild sometimes becomes severe. Also felt it while swallowing anything.

Yesterday I was eating a vegetable and a small price if bay leaf got stuck in my throat and I choke so I am he's to vomit it out some how but that might have caused some edar he's in throat so the next day we ordered pizza and chicken wings and after I finished eating them I felt a sudden pain in the right sid elf my throat which was painful but soon was gone but I was scarred should I only eat soft foods for some days ?

Since last one week I am waking up with dry mouth and pain in both ears. Also,Last 3 days suffering from slight fever, running nose and headache. Is it the indication of a severe problem ahead? I have been prescribed to take tablet Atorcor-20 mg on daily basis (as suggested by doc) for 3 months to reduce cholesterol, but I am taking it irregularly as my cholesterol level is around 250-270. Please suggest, should I continue with this pill?

I have been diagnosed with acute rhinosinusitis which started on Tuesday. I am on antibiotics. But since the last 2 days, I have lost my sense of smell. Is it normal for this diagnosis?
