The report mentions a mass in the rt nose and rt sinuses.
The patient will need to undergo a diagnostic nasal endoscopy with/without biopsy, and then further treatment can be planned.
It is difficult to comment on the diagnosis as no history is mentioned, age of the pt is also unclear.
