Neck CT scan
Does a neck CT scan include a scan of the  sinuses too? I've been advised a neck CT for dysphagia, but blocked nose has been a major symptom too(especially while sleeping).

I would have advised a plain CT scan of your paranasal sinuses and done a fiber-optic nasopharyngolaryngoscopy after reviewing the CT-PNS images.
