Is there any cure for anosmia ? I am unable to smell from my childhood. Any surgery or any treatment is there?

I have vaccination scheduled day after tomorrow. Today I got a big red painful sore in mouth corner. Also same side lymph nodes (below chin) started to hurt. Is it okay to go for vaccination?

I have issue of throat pain from last 3/4 years. Frequent pain and burning in the throat, whenever i used to consume cold drinks or ice cream the next day i got to suffer from throat pain. So, from last 1 and a half year I have stopped consuming all the cold products entirely. Due to throat pain, i used to drink only hot water which leaded to weight loss. Now, i am not consuming cold items so just wanted to know like in near future will be body be able to adopt cold products? I eagerly wish to consume cold products and ice cream. Currently, sometimes i have pain in the throat, not exactly pain but a paining sensation. Is there any permanent solution? Any ayurvedic medicines or herbs?

I have been getting white sputum since long time. Got AFB, TB Test done. TB is negative. Was having k. Pneumonia and took antibiotics for that. Got chest Xray also done and was normal. Consulted pulmo and I was told it is allergy. But what I am not understanding is, it has been so many days, still I am getting white sputum sometimes however sevearity has reduced. How to completely get cured from this? Had gastritis also and took medicine for it. Is sputum generation and gastritis related? Not sure which expert to consult. Got ultrasound of abdomen and reports were normal.

Since last few days, I have a kind of itching feeling in my throat may be an hour after I get up in the morning. It feels as if something is stuck and it's a kind of uncomfortable feeling. But as soon as I eat something , it goes away ( hot or even normal temp like curd ). What is it to be likely? Do I need to be worried for it ?
