Hi, I have been suffering from frequent nose block and brething issue. Today I went to hospital and doctor asked for a surgery . I have attached the surgery name . Can any one please tell me the reason for this surgery and is it safe ?

I have a small pinkish red bulge inside my nose. The lower part of the bulge is red with blood spots. When the dirt is removed blood tissue?/ Flake like thing comes with blood.

I have tinnitus with buzzing noise ..have shown 5 ent doctors..taken bilovas tablet,tinnicar tablets, mactotal...but no relief..I have normal hearing in both ears in audiometery test..tinnitus increased after covaxin dose..it was gone almost in May and July after second dose had come back with more intensity.. Now I have to do mri of brain and inner ears which is left for me..people are suggesting me homeopathy treatment can only cure it as some no allopathy cannot cure it as some of them got cured...is it true

For the past few weeks I have had cold and cough but as I visited the ENT doctor today he told me I had allergy for quite sometime and due to that my nostrils have inflated. He provided me with some medications but the nostrils are still inflated and I'm unable to breathe. Any help would be really appreciated. thankyou.
