I have allergic rhinitis since I was a child. But now a days it has been troubling me a lot. It gets triggered due to no specific reason and makes me sneeze 20-30 times in a row along with continuous watering in eyes and difficulty in breathing. I also have DNS. I am unable to sleep. This whole thing is very irritating and it has degraded the quality of my life

Left side ear pressure yesterday a bit of wax was coming out and dizziness it started when I shivered my head and face dizziness is when I lie in bed and look up and when I look down and see up there is urgent answer

Hi Doctor, do I have sinus. I have headache, facial pain which includes teeth pain, ear as well as eyes. Even visited dentist, they said due to sinus. Please suggest any medicine and how much time it will take to go.

Am aravind, age 34. Since last 3 days I was suffered by cold with nose block. Having difficult to breath via nose due to block and also now the phlegm turns into green and thick. Watery eyes and body ache as well. No soar throat, cough and sneezing. Pls suggest

I have been suffering from sore throat since >6 years now, mainly in the mornings and night, wake up with a blocked nose and sore throat. It does get worse if I have to sleep with the fan on for someone else. Need to gargle with hot water and clear my nose once in the day as well. After meals too, there is often increased mucous production which keeps coming back if I swallow unless I spit it out. I have been suffering from chronic gastritis and reflux since 1.5 years but this issue has been since 6+years. Also have a deviated nasal septum and history of vertigo and tinnitus. Is there anything I can do apart from treating the gastritis and hot water gargles? It takes up upto 50mins of my day in total to clear the phlegm and mildly blocked nose by brushing and hot water gargles. Thank you.

I was having difficulty in swallowing followed by blood in sputum. So I went to doc who said I have flu with infection in ENT. From past two days I am on meds she prescribed. There is no pain now but i can see some white disposition in me throat. Is the infection going away pr is it getting worse..? Picture is attached

I have light cold and my throat is paining when I swallow anything the pain will occur only in the Evening and night not in the morning I never had like this before when ever I have cold or cough my throat will be itching or burning sensation.but now my throat is paining only in the evening and night times when I swallow anything and my ears will also getting pain suggest some medicine

Why is a ciclesonide nasal spray prescribed to someone with dust allergies? How does it work, help allergies, and what's the difference between a ciclesonide nasal spray (brand name Protonase, 50mcg/spray dosage) and an Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride spray (brand name Nasivion)?

Hi Doctor, could please guide me on my below query please. Mostly i have lot of doubt on my secound question. Thanks in advance 1.I have undergone septoplasty surgery on 28/11/2021. Now from past 2 days i am getting head ache . Cleaning process also completed after 10 day of surgery. Now feeling head ache. I feel better to breath compare to previous condition. 2. In the year 2010 i met with serious accident. In  my right ear was injured. But i did not take any treatment .because dr mostly focused on my head surgery due blood block dueto bike accident. And also haveing some infection of yellow colour. Hearing capacity also reduced. Now dr saying they will remove injured layer and place new layer. Is it possible  after 11 years to do the treat ment to the ear.also getting reer sound contiously. I am habituated with that sound in the ear.
