Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Full day mucus present in back of throat and I end up swallowing.. due to this feel like vomiting and very irritated. No other symptoms except sneeze. Pls suggest which specialists should I consult with and do I need take any scans for this.. is it a severe problem to worry? And pls suggest some immediate relief methods.

Haemangioma is present since from my childhood. A few years ago , I consulted with doctor in   Aiims , they injected one injection after that they asked to come after 3 month . And screening. Due to covid, I am not able to checkup or screening test . I visited to another hospital. Without screening they ask to buy the injection. They will inject the injection. So my concern.. almost 2 yrs completed.. I am not able to  proper checkup . Can I wait for few months more when covid suitation will come down. is haemangioma is dangerous in future. If I delay in treatment.

At the age of 25 only, I am suffering from snoring problem. Sometimes I snore too loud. I do consume alcohol but that too occasionally( twice a month). Also, I smoke ( 1 Ciggrate in a day). I work in night shift, so my sleep cycle has became mess. Please help me in overcoming this problem. Thank you.
