Why is a ciclesonide nasal spray prescribed to someone with dust allergies? How does it work, help allergies, and what's the difference between a ciclesonide nasal spray (brand name Protonase, 50mcg/spray dosage) and an Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride spray (brand name Nasivion)?

Hi Doctor, could please guide me on my below query please. Mostly i have lot of doubt on my secound question. Thanks in advance 1.I have undergone septoplasty surgery on 28/11/2021. Now from past 2 days i am getting head ache . Cleaning process also completed after 10 day of surgery. Now feeling head ache. I feel better to breath compare to previous condition. 2. In the year 2010 i met with serious accident. In  my right ear was injured. But i did not take any treatment .because dr mostly focused on my head surgery due blood block dueto bike accident. And also haveing some infection of yellow colour. Hearing capacity also reduced. Now dr saying they will remove injured layer and place new layer. Is it possible  after 11 years to do the treat ment to the ear.also getting reer sound contiously. I am habituated with that sound in the ear.

On my right ear sometimes I feel something is flying for a second feeling and mouth dryness as well and little cold ax well

Hi, I am 38 years old male and I had been prescribed to use physiomer Hypertonic Nasal Spray for the treatment of my snoring.. Would this help in reducing the same. My bmi is perfect.I am 5'5 and my weight is 63kg. Pls advise

Hello Doc's I have gone through diagnose where in report T3 - 0.62 , T4 - 20.50, TSH level is 149 as mentioned in attached Report. I am feeling so much weakness even I won't be able to move my hands and legs. My eyes remain droopy. Lots of pressure on my neck during  neck down. I hv  cervical too. I hv delivered baby through c section 3 months before. She is on breast feeding. Kindly suggest treatment

My mother has been advised for Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty. I've heard that Turbinoplasty can cause empty nose syndrome and I'm scared to go ahead with the surgery. Is it really necessary to do the surgery? My mother has snoring issues and has allergy. During winters, it gets very bad for her where she can't breathe through the nose. Kindly advise.

Dear team, I was covid + on June21 month from aug21 month I was getting sneezing attack and running nose so I used to take anti allergy I have also consulted locally docs for this they told me to check the ige level in first check my ige level was 940ul/ml on mid of sep my smell got distorted in my smell like  rotten egg and metallic or blood type smell is coming and again the sneezing or running nose issue happening same thing is going on when I used to taken the antihistamines for some days it will give relief but again it is coming please suggest me

I feel little discomfort in my right side jaw under ear,sometime its travel to head,so I feel some headche, so please give me better solution and home remedies,if its cure
