Does vestibule migraine cause swaying and rocking sensation when standing or sitting position and dizzy face every day done my mri brain and vng done diagnosed with vestibule migraine and using sibelium tab and how many days took for recovery

My relatives often confuses in  my voice and my sister's voice on phone. When I was in 12th standard , few classmates told me "teri aawaz bhut patli hai". I used to pay not much attention at that time , but recently I came across a new article talking about puberphonia . So this means that I too have puberphonia ?

I have recently shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore and it's been 20 days now. Its been few days that my right ear has started to give a lot of pain. I am thinking maybe due to the change in latitude i might be having this issue. Can you please help me resolve this pain.

Post covid. Sense of smell is wierd.things doesn't smell the same as before. Peanut smells like incense sticks, sweat smells like mustard oil etc.it has been almost a year but not getting any better. Please suggest remedies.

I have an itchy eyes and frequent sneezes even for small exposure to dust. Due to this I have red and itchy eyes which is very much irritating.

From yesterday morning i am facing this issue that whenever i am turning my body from one side to another on bed, i start feeling like everything is spinning and it continues to be like this for 10 to 20 seconds then it gets normal. I have body pain ,throat irritation and blocked nose.My temperature is btw 97 to 99.Feeling feverish type .Doctor gave me Azithromycin 500mg Sinarest 500mg Montair 10 mg It is good to take three medicine together

From last 10 days I m having dizziness and can't stand for long. In between I get pain in left ear for few seconds and also feeling stiffness in neck and shoulder of left side.
